WiP – All The Things

Well, long time, no WiP, huh? Fortunately, I’ve been getting things done, but unfortunately, it means I couldn’t manage to do everything, and keeping up with the WiP posts was the first to go. As was, naturally, housework.

But things! Finished things! Nearly finished things!

Yvonne’s Running T-shirt Quilt!

PIU! Which stands for Post In Under-construction-status. Um, not really. I don’t think. But yes, post will be up on Friday.

Make It Do! A total accidental finish! Doesn’t that happen to everyone?

And pillow shams to go with Ripples and Reflections! I used the block design from one of the top blocks, since the pillows will be near it, and my MIL requested the flying geese design for continuity. They even have flanges! This was my OMG goal, and I admit – if I didn’t have it as a goal, I wouldn’t have worked on it yesterday. So yay for goal setting!

I also pieced this top made with the strips I used for my nephew’s first birthday banner. It will be donated in his name, via the new Inland NW Modern Quilt Guild, to a local NICU. You know, after I piece the backing and quilt it…

And lastly of the things I remembered to take pictures of {there’s also a unicorn pillow, but, you know, those things are elusive} – my leaders/enders project is almost finished! Yeah, almost but – ugh – those last twelve HSTs! Still, I expect to finish it up in the next week, and I’m excited about the fancy piano key border corners I found on Pinterest.
